REGISTRATION AND CONTRACTOR ENROLLMENT
In order to complete a service request or to enroll as a prospective contractor, a user must first complete a registration form. During registration a user is required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact the user about services on our site for which they have expressed interest, to inform contractors of leads, and/or inform customers about contractors they matched to. By providing this information to us, or by submitting a service request, you expressly consent to being contacted by us and by our contractors via phone, fax, email, mail or other reasonable means, at any of your contact numbers or addresses, in order that we may provide the services set forth on our Web site, service your account, reasonably address matters pertaining to your account or for other reasonable purposes related to our business. Unique identifiers (such as username and password) are required. We also require a contractors social security number or federal tax id number to complete a background check (credit is not checked), so a contractor can remain being approved.

The information we gather falls into two categories: (1) information supplied by visitors to the site when they want a service to be perform from real estate appraisals, buying a car, carpet cleaning, lawn care, data service, fleet management, and power washing to initiate a transaction, and (2) tracking information gathered as contractors visit and navigate through our website and review services jobs in their local area. Third-party providers featured on or linked to by our website, such as contractors of products and services offered through our site by third parties, may be gathering information, as well, through processes we don't control.

PROTECTING THE PRIVACY OF CHILDREN
Children should always get permission from their parents before sending any information about themselves (such as their names, email addresses, and phone numbers) over the Internet, to us or to anyone else. Our website is not directed at children under 13 and we won't knowingly allow anyone under 13 to provide us any personally identifying information; if you're under 13, please don't provide any information about yourself on this website.

SHARING INFORMATION TO PROVIDE SERVICES
When you submit information to PM, you authorize us to share this information with our network of contractors in order to try to provide the services you request. For example, when an approved a contractor accepts a lead from a paid user, and that user indicates what personal information they are willing to share so the contractor can contact the user, such as telephone numbers, physical addresses and email addresses, that information is shared with our contractors who have accepted a service request lead. In addition, we have other approved contractual partners that fulfill services requests, or that utilize their own contractors to supplement our network, and we share your information with them under contractual restrictions in order to attempt to provide the services requested. PM may also release information to collection and/or credit agencies for past due accounts.

BACKGROUND CHECKS
To determine if a contractor qualify for services render and participation on the site. PM use their name, company name and/or social security number or federal tax id number to request a background check. This information is viewable only by the appropriate personnel. PM may check for bankruptcies, liens, civil judgments and/or criminal activity for the individuals listed with an account, as well as for the company or business entity requesting membership. In addition, PM will verify that a service professional has the proper certifications and licenses mandated by the state(s) the contractor operates in by utilizing one or more third party verifications systems. We also may verify and validate the existence of certain business insurance policies as we require for membership via your insurance provider or broker.

CHANGING OR DEACTIVATING INFORMATION
If a user's or contractor personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone, email or postal address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a means to correct, update or delete/deactivate users' personally identifiable information. OTHER DISCLOSURES
We may occasionally release information about our visitors when release is appropriate to comply with law, to enforce our Visitor Agreement, or to protect the rights, property or safety of visitors to our site, our customers, the public or PM. Except for the Financial Information or personally identifiable information relative to you, any information you do send to Parker Meridian through the Site will be deemed NOT to be confidential ("Non-Confidential Information").
